What I noticed triggers mine is when Im alone mostly and the weekends when Im home and I feel like Im by myself and no one cares because everyone is out there enjoying life and Im home.

My depression seems like it's triggered a lot when I'm home alone on weekends. I just moved out on my own a couple months ago and it's really difficult sometimes to live alone. I also have issues when I don't live up to my unreal expectations. When I "mess up" I put a lot of blame on myself.

When a trigger causes me to slide back in to the rabbit hole, realizing i might never get over my multiple traumas, might have to pretend to be ok rest of my life

Virtually everything triggers it. Whenever I have a bad moment or something happen to me that makes me upset, I don

One of my major triggers is positivity (pretty unusual right? lol). But when people try to motivate me, tell me positive stuff, my mood becomes lower/ I become more depressed that before. That's why I usually tell them to stop/ try not to bring positivity around me when I'm in a low mood.

I also gets triggered when people underestimate me, compare me or tell me I'm not good enough. This makes me feel so inferior and low about myself.

While sometimes just looking at myself in the mirror really triggers me.
