What is something Depression keeps others from knowing about you?
Depression can be good at masking who you really are as a person. It can keep others away and selfishly keep you all to itself. What is something that Depression keeps others from knowing or seeing about you?
How much I really open up to people.
When I am so depressed , I have a hard time reaching out to get help and let others know how bad I am suffering.

Another thing for me is not letting others know when I'm hurt because of their behaviour. I tend to want to say, "It's fine. I'm okay," even when it's not fine and I'm not okay.

Depression keeps others from knowing my voice, my story, my passion, and my heart. Depression makes me want to curl up and disappear.

depression holds me back from showing my true potential
People say im just sad, but that's depresion.
I think people may see I am smiling but they don't know I cry at night. They don't see how difficult it is for me just to go to work. They don't see suffering behind a normal face. They don't see lack of hope or lack of self esteem. All bad things that I feel are just hiden.
My gifts, wit & humor, insight and smile ..
That I'm goofy and have a crazy personality that people only see in their own best friend or a drunk stranger whom they've just met in a bar while finishing their last shot in dawn.

How Lonely I am
That I need help, and my loneliness keeps me feeling constantly exposed and on edge.
How adventurous and outgoing I was
