I just need to vent.. im not doing great..
I'm not really sure what the right way to use this is.. but I really need to talk or at least vent to something..
also this talks abt sh so tw maybe
I was feeling a lot better for a while, but now I'm slipping into depression again, and I lost my clean streak from sh last week. Im really close to losing my best friend and it's for a stupid reason too. my body image is getting worse again, and I'm sleeping less. I keep trying to ask my mom for a therapist or at least to talk to a psychiatrist, but I don't want to tell her the real reason why I want one. so she says it's a waste of time. I guess I'm scared, I don't really know. I'm just so confused. sometimes my parents talk about depression and sh like it's just attention seeking or like it's not real. it makes me so sad because I don't know who else to talk to. I know they would want to help me but i really just don't have then energy to have that conversation.
I've never actually been diagnosed with anything bc my mom doesn't want me to..
last year I felt so lost and lonely and just exhausted and unhappy all the time, and I would sh a lot, but then I felt better for almost five months.. but now I can feel that coming back and I'm really scared I'm going to get lost again. I really dont want to feel like this but it's like I'm stuck in a cycle; I'm so happy for a month or two then I'm back to feeling like crap. I just want to be better. I want to have fun again.
thx for reading, hope your all doing well

It is hard to get others to realize what you are going thru. I hope your venting here helps even a little bit.
I think the best thing many can do is be really honest with a person you feel closer to or think they will listen tell them the truth of what you are going thru. As a parent we may have doubts but it is well worth a couple of sessions to talk with someone ..then regret not doing that if a child hurts themselves or worse. When someone in my life finally sought help they did one session and came away with a different perspective and relief and never went back again.
@lolorye89Thank you for sharing your feelings. What you’re going through is real and valid. You deserve support and kindness. It’s okay to feel scared and confused. Keep holding on—you matter and better days can come.
