Hi, I'm new here. It's my first time doing something like this. I've been fighting with myself for a long time trying to accept that I need help. To be honest I feel a little embarrassed, I don't know why. I just hope this makes me feel better. Thank you.

Hello. I'm new here and am still trying to figure out how this works and the first steps I should follow on this site. I'm really trying to look for a way to make things easier and be able to move forward with my life.

Hello, is this still the newest introduction thread? I'm new to the community and my introduction is simply that I have had a lot happen to me in the last few months. I had three people die, I had a breakup, I had failures and accidents and added pressure. There has been SOOOO much and I turn to 7 cups now to help me get to a place where it isn't difficult anymore getting through the day and dreading tomorrows. I want to get better and I want to feel like my old self.

@juniper0 Thank you. I think I'm in a slightly better place than I was when I posted my introduction. Still working towards acceptance in the grief process but things are slowly getting more manageable. I don't always dread tomorrow anymore and I can see some progress in my condition. I think its seeing that progress that motivates me to push forward.

Hi. I dont know what to say. I know I'm depressed. I know I need help. I'm trying everything, but nothing seems to be helping. The medication only stopped the suicidal thoughts, but not the hopeless give-up fog that I cant seem to escape. Physcologist helps to vent but it always comes back. I exercise, I have enjoyable hobbies, I eat better... it doesn't seem to make much progress if it does anything at all.

Now I'm here. Trying yet again. And I'm afraid. I'm afraid I will run out of things to try. And when that happens, what will I do?

For now, that is only a possibility. A possibility that seems pretty distant. It just scares me that it looms closer to reality with every failed "try".

I dont know what I can or will accomplish here. I just hope it does something- anything at all in the right direction.
