You know, it's fascinating because social scientists have discovered a new pattern occurring in young adults within developed countries. They've acknowledged a new phase in-between our teen years and adulthood called "Emerging Adulthood". This takes place between ages 18-25.

Infant > Toddler > Childhood > Preadolescence > Adolescence > Emerging Adulthood > Adulthood

The world is more complex than ever and while we're Blessed with the privilege to truly seek out our own identities-- it's also a bit of a curse too, huh? With scarce resources, mental health battles, and other potential disadvantages... it's understandable that we feel as lost as we do.

All to say... you're not alone in feeling this way.

Why do you feel mentally immature?
