I feel this way at times. Jealously as a result of the grief. Jealous not of others, but when seeing the large awareness campaigns for certain conditions when I just don't want to have to argue about how my condition needs to be treated because most medical professionals are ignorant of it.

I think I deal best by allowing myself to have those moments. I can feel jealous, mad, frustrated, sad. I guess it mostly goes to the first recommendation in the article, by allowing myself to feel it I can also pinpoint where it's coming from.

It is completely rational to feel this way, especially to see others so happily going about their day. However, I'm very proud of you for coping well and ensuring that you won't go "over the limits" by feeling jealous. You're such a strong person for having to live with this, and it's remarkable that you can share how you feel in response heart You're a true role model!
