@dancingRainbow45 Hey there! If you haven't yet seen my reply to the other thread you began about self harm, I wanted to give you a quick tip about linking resources on 7 Cups. As it stands, the "link" is not active. When someone wants to access the information on that resource, he or she has to type it in by hand. In order to link so it can just be clicked on, what you need to do is CTRL-C copy the address, and when you are going to post it, use the link button up above the text on your post. If you look up there, you will see a button that looks like an infinity symbol, or a sideways number 8. It's between the "U" for underline and "size." Click on it after copying the link, and it will automatically hyperlink it once it goes into the text of you post.
I hope this info is helpful. I imagine many people would love to easily access this source you have thoughtfully provided as a mood booster!

@ladylazarus1971 Thanks for the information. I have changed a few links after you kindly let me know how to post these correctly. Im sorry if the link has appeared twice in this forum..not quite sure why but I hope now that the link takes people directly to the page, it will prove more useful
