I feel with autism and chronic anxiety. My husband and I recently moved from New Mexico to Missouri and it’s been a few months and still hard to get used to because I grew up in my childhood home and now I’m somewhere else.

@Tangerinehippy I hope you're feeling better now. I have autism and anxiety too, and changes are also hard for me. What I do when there is too much change, is doing my special interests. It calms me so much and it makes me feel like I'm alone in my world and it's easier to cope with changes
