Hello, I love water and I have a pool at home that I stay in as often as the weather allows. I also have a jacuzzi that helps with my aches and pains 
@scarletPear1945, I am so glad to hear that the jacuzzi helps with your aches and pains! Heat helps with my aches/pain as well! I just have a heating pad but it still works!

Do you use any water therapies or enjoy water activities? I do not currently but I thought it would be interesting to try out and see if it helps
How is this week going for you? This week was going well until this morning when I found out my great uncle passed away. I didn't know him super well but I still knew him so it still hurts
What's going well? My job has been going well. I just got a raise and have unlimited hours to work if I want
What's difficult? Work, while good, is still stressful at times. I deal with a lot of people and sometimes they make the job hard. The only other thing I am struggling with is as I said the loss of my great uncle.

Congrats on the raise! Hopefully it helps to make some of the job stress worthwhile. You must be doing a good job despite it being a bit stressful at times.
Losing a relative hurts, condonlances about your great uncle.
I hope you can try out some water therapy sometime.
Thank you! Yes, it is hard. I've found it just takes some time for healing to take place
I love to swim but thanks to my recent anxieties, I am afraid of enjoying swimming too much and I can't really do it too often since I don't have a pool at my house.
