Actually finished the taxes on time - sometimes it's the little things, right?
Got the last of my daughter's birthday presents picked up and the miscellaneous for making her classroom birthday treats - had a bit of a hiccup as she has an allergy to artificial red food dye and the store in the neighboring city was out of the dye-free maraschino cherries, but am going to see how raspberries work in the recipe - wish me luck!
Did some house cleaning over the past couple days to get ready for some visitors this weekend and am getting ready to do a little work on the roof on the addition to our house, so hopefully I can hang some more drywall this weekend.
Had an absolute slacker day today, but caught up on rest at least - the windy weather we've had has been wreaking havoc with my hands. Really looking forward to some more steady weather patterns.
@RebuildingCate Sounds like a pretty productive week so far, even with a slacker day in there. I hope the treats turn out!
I hear you on the weather. Today felt like spring, but I know it's no the end of snow yet. Hopefully it's at least the end of a fairly cold April, we were getting some pretty cold mornings! -30C windchills are not supposed to happen in April!
@AffyAvo ouch on those windchills hate cold weather not good for chronic pain that it triggers when freezing cold

its been gorgeous past two days in britain lovely warm weather been absolutely beautiful think tomorrow im gonna have a bike ride tomorrow i think
