I had a really rough start to this week - waking up with laryngeal angioedema (throat swelling) plus other symptoms also related to the smoke trigger have lasted all day putting me a bit on edge as they are also similar to the start of swelling attack symptoms.

Hoping for the week to end better than it started!

Been in an upswing for the past week or two, except for a downturn Wednesday night through Thursday morning. Started a new medication though! Trying to get some healthy habits started now so that I can hopefully maintain them even after this upswing is over.

@AffyAvo It's been giving me a semi-permanent headache, but that may be going away now. It also lowers my blood pressure and I take it at night, so I'm dizzy in the morning. Other than that, doesn't look like there are any side effects yet, so I should be able to up the dose to a helpful level next week. On the downside, I now have enough pills to justify having my own pill container at age seventeen...

@RecoveringKid I have quite a few medications too. It's not great needing so many, but they do at least improve my quality of life and so far I'm still alive!
