Do you see it the same?

Yes, it's getting quite bad here. The province is almost hitting the 4 digits in a day for new cases, hasn't happened yet. All summer things were pretty good. I worry as Halloween parties wouldn't be showing the new cases yet and we just got our first major snowfall, so people will want to be socializing indoors instead of outside.

We have had a few new restrictions added recetnly, but most things are going on as usual. I wish more was being done. The biggest restriction is socialization events are limited to 15 people. This doesn't include restaurants, worship services, etc. It's more mix & mingle types of things. People are also being encourage to not have people over, but as long as they are under 15 in their home, they are allowed to have a party.

If so, are you doing ok with it?

I'm worried. The biggest concern I have personally is healthcare, there's the potential for contracting COVID while at a clinic, lab or hospital, things I can't really avoid. There's also the concern of the strain on the system and medication shortages.

I'm also sad, I missed both of my nephews birthdays this year as I just didn't think it was safe. I did do a video chat with them today for a birthday. They are still pretty young, so I feel like I just get a little snapshot of what they are doing at the moment, they don't really want to talk about all the things they have been doing, whereas if I was there in person we would be going through multiple activities, plus they would be talking more about other things while playing.

How are things going for you all?

I just got over an infection - I think. Hopefully it doesn't return again.

What are you struggling with?

Chronic illnesses aren't at their worst, but things are still worse than what they have been, it's hard when I can't get them better controlled.

@AffyAvo It must be very hard for you that situation with coronavirus is very bad there in your place and that you couldn't be on your nephew's birthdays. I feel you. It is very harsh time which we face now. I understand your concerns about healthcare and shortages of medications. I hope that things will improve soon.

I am struggling more then i let on but i am making improvements in my wellbeing.

coolHow are things going for you all?

I have had a long break and feeling much better after it ready to start getting back into cups roles. I have learnt when to say no and when i need to look after myself and to not feel guilty about it. I was putting too much unhealthy pressure on myself!

cryingWhat are you struggling with?

I am struggling with my pain at the moment but its managable ... Also procrastination with sorting out christmas gifts!

Stay strong and keep fighting!
