Here, as well as some other places recognizes November 11 as Remembrance Day. It's a day for reflection as well as a day that can be used to think forward towards peace.

How can you work towards peace with people around you?
I can not be so contentious with people I work with. I can learn to release my hostility and become a better person by realizing we all are human and make mistakes. Understand that what someone says sometimes is not meant to be a negative response to something I may have asked. But it may be an answer they feel is true and what they feel is a good response to my query.
What can we help you with this week?
Please understand that my work schedule has become rather burdensome at the moment. I'm now covering for colleagues who have to take off due to contracting the virus. And someone has to replace them. Winter has become the most stressful time of the year for me now. I hope everyone can see this.

That is something I think I can work on too - realizing people are human and are going to make mistakes. We strive for perfection but it isn't realistic sometimes.
@AffyAvo I spent it with my mom in the morning and than went to my grandparents house to see my nana, grandpa and dad. My dad is at my nanas house to help my nana recover from a broken ankle. My grandpa, mom and I went out to lunch for veterans day. My grandpa was in world war 2
