I thought the above quote can be a good reminder when managing disabilities, as often results are influenced by so many things outside of our control. We can still plant the seeds to get the best outcomes based on what we know though.

Ima doing ok today,.the quote was very interesting I think thoughts are like seeds if u wake up thinking it b a bad day then thats planted in ur head.
Things going well, ima getting better at communicating with my alters and learning to control switching.

What's going well for you this week?
My husband and I managed to get the house cleaning done. No small feat for us.
What's causing you difficulties?
This 7cup site, actually. The pop up box to reply covers the original post so it takes cutting and pasting to answer questions, all because the programmer set the reply box to be fixed rather than floatable 🤦🏻♀️. In the listener screens (on iPad) the reply field keeps disappearing behind the keyboard and the screen keeps refreshing causing the reply box to disappear each time. Very frustrating.
Any goals you're working towards?
I am working to lose weight by reducing portion size and walking my dog more often (Hubby usually does it), also getting back into my sewing and crafts when the pain allows.
@Tassie83 Lol, that feature on 7 cups has frustrated me for the longest time, too! I just copy and paste too.
Sewing and crafts sound fun! :) I want to do more of those myself.

What's going well for you this week? I'm eating regularly.
What's causing you difficulties? School is hard, especially online. I'm realizing that my school is very ableist and has a very ableist culture. I feel like the odd one out. I feel like I'm the only one that cares about things besides school (like health, relationships). I kinda hate it.
Any goals you're working towards? Not really. I'm kinda reevaluating my life. Hopefully I'll make some new goals through this process.
@lovingBanana5204 I'm glad you're eating well, but I'm sorry to hear that school isn't providing you a supportive environment. Have you been able to connect with others who have similar struggles?
@AffyAvo Thanks for replying. No, I haven't really been able to connect with others with similar struggles at school, which makes me feel very isolated in my problems. Which is why I reached out here on 7cups haha. I guess there probably, statistically, are others who aren't happy with the school for these reasons and are also having health struggles etc, but I haven't found them, and it's super hard to meet new people because it's online. I'm trying...
@lovingBanana5204 I had some issues with school not being the most accomodating, although for me it was more project work, not course work and that was some time ago. I'm sure there are others struggling here now with school too, unfortunately it can be a fair common issue.
