Still trying to get over this cold. I've finally feeling a bit of energy where I'm not mostly confined to one space throughout the day, I spent many hours just in my bedroom last week. I have stuff planned with my family this upcoming weekend, so I'm hoping I'll have more energy by then and can walk a reasonable distance without having to stop for a coughing fit.

I want a pet, but a dog is not in my price range. Allergic to cats. Can't really hug a fish. Any suggestions?

I am back to feeling more of my normal, although sleeping wise I'm still fairly off. I can actually get up and move within my house without it taking most of my energy. I'm still not at my 'good' days, but back to feeling like a fairly average day.

Was at the beach this morning and doing a bunch of other stuff the rest of the day. Probably pushed a little too hard, I just crashed out on the couch when I finally did sit. After doing so little because of being sick it was nice to move although my body is saying otherwise right now.

I was bite by a spider and not sure what kind. Been painful and itching but is slowly healing. Started summer session. Trying meet the work requirements and catch up on the online requirements that I didn't notice I missed a a few deadlines. Issues with fine print. Also have weather alerts for extreme conditions so I'm rather nervous as both my parent and I have disabilities and I'm the resident volunteer care giver as my parent cannot afford to pay anyone nor would they accept one if they could lol@CaringBrit

Yes still on disaster alert and trying to be prepared if we need to go again. Hopefully issues will improve soon. My parent is very resistant to leaving and I have had little rest. I have reached out to others to help cope with the stress.

A lot of people have been supportive and have called to see if I am okay. Done extra steps to try to prepare if it becomes mandatory. Also I have been exhausted because of lack of sleep due to heighten anxiety and worry. Also it makes me less patient and irritable. I am trying not forget anything. I also juggle 2 part time jobs and school. But very grateful for those who have been there for us emotionally.@CaringBrit

Especially hard are additional stressors. My parent has become very emotionally abusive as I am not able to spend uninterrupted hours listening to nonstop complaining. I am not sure if it is due to them feeling unwell or feeling lonely and ignored. Also my livelihood is interwoven with education and now their is a dilemma on being able to.complete requirements. Difficult. Also still on alert.@CaringBrit
