Adrenal Anxiety

I decided to join 7 Cups of Tea because I enjoy helping others. I am completely terrified of my first chat. I guess, life story: I never really had anxiety problems until I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease, which is an adrenal gland failure. I spent my sixteenth birthday in the hospital, which was actually one of my favorite birthdays. My doctors sang me "Happy Birthday" and gave me cupcakes. I've struggled through anxiety due to hair loss, constant med changing, various ER visits, anda failing relationship. I've always had a positive view on life and I want to give others a better view of what's around them.
