Back injuries at 37
Already had surgery on my c5 c6 a fusion and Discectomy and Laminectomy and I have a degenerative disk in my L5 s1 which causes my severe pain. At times I can’t even bend or walk and it takes a toll on my mental health. I have depression, anxiety and ptsd. I have such a hard time sleeping from pain and nightmares. Not quite sure how to deal sometimes.

Do you find any of those things help you? I think most people dealing wtih chronic pain wish there were things which helped much more.
