Health issues
I have 2 health issues dat is chronic which is asthma and epilepsy. As a child my mom was there to see I was ok then many years later my late husband was overly protective after he learned of my illness and now I have no one. My daughter seems angry bout it and stated she doesnt Wanna anything to do wit it. Me on the other hand am really scared. I am 66 years old-female and as I get older my epilesy diagnoses has changed from where it once was and has caused me to experience some very frigntening moments and asthma only twice did I have a scare. I have said I dont know what is worse-having an asthma attack and not being able to breathe watching and feeling it as its happening wit no one there to help or go unconcious or literally be awake but not know how to get home or ask anyone for help. I had a situation where I couldnt even identify people from buildings. Docot stated although I at times Chat which isnt all the time do I Chat but he said I seize 24/7 and myworse ones are while I am sleep. Dat scares the heck out of me of somethin’ happening while I am alone and no one finding me til its too late. I tried getting into assisted living but was told I dont qualify cuz financially I dont get enough to afford it. I even tried going online to see if anyone was willing to have me live wit them. No many of them I didnt know but they too were in my age bracket wit health issues and I thought in a case like dat we couldve helped each other out but it didnt work so I am at a loss as to what to do.

I apologize for the brief message ... but there is hope... and you can be healed. God can heal you. I am just pointing in some direction... that can change your life. Here is a testimony you can watch, one of many, people of cancer, physical illnesses that were healed.

@Amazinggracethatsavedawretchlikeme Thank ya for dat. I am reminded of a teacher my children had of whom we still connect wit. She had cancer and has healed. Where as my partner did not and someone who knew me as far back as when I was 2 years old he had not one but 2 types of cancer at the same time. He fought a long battle. One cancer went away but the second one took him last year befoah thanksgiving so it can get scary but as ya said there is hope. My mom had 3 members in her family who had it and lost their lives and she and I were told we were at risk due to her family members but she never had it and SO far thankfully I dont either. I am just hoping my epilepsy symptoms dont worsen as well as my asthma-so far my asthma seems to be somewhat under control unless I get a cold or pneumonia then it acts up but frankly its the epilepsy dat concerns me. My mom, daughter, granddaughter and I all have it. My son-he lucked out he never had it. Nor does he have any of what we have but did have issues wit his liver. But keep hope alive and keep having faith thats all I can do right now.
Reading through your post broke me. I'm really sorry about your asthma and epilepsy. I understand that dealing with this situation can really be exhausting. However, you are not alone. Keep your faith and your hopes alive. Help will certainly come. ❤️🤗💪
@Jaynguzo Thanks. It can get scary like once I had a seizure and from what I was told 15 minutes later my granddaughter had one so we were both in ER together at the same time. Luckily my daughter was wit us otherwise I have no clue what would of happened. The 4 of us-my mom, daughter granddaughter and I all got our diagnosis as a child befoah we even knew how to talk. What upsets me is when I may be in midst of a seizure and I do things dat isnt my nature such as striking a person for no reason. It for some time did lower my self esteem but In my 40's a new thought occurred. I saw it as being a gift. Why a gift wit somethin’ like dat. Well when my granddaughter got diagnosed maybe bout 4 years later my daughter was afraid for her to be around children, go out to play, etc. My daughter had much fear of letting the child explore the world she was now a part of. I looked at it and said look I have had this illness my entire life. Sure I had some bad times wit the illness but here I was now in my 40's maybe I can use my experiences to help teach others and let them know as bad as it is life isnt over. In time she heard what I was sayin’ and slowly released her grip. The child has had many illnesses far more than the rest of us but no matter her situation she somehow finds it in her to laugh and play. I have taken many of my illnesses to help teach. Dat doesnt mean to say I'm not still scared cuz I am but I think its better to see things from a positive perspective and do all one can to enjoy life than to sit by waiting for somethin’ to happen dat may happen or just might not. It's a 50/50 situation but I would like to know I can find at least one person who would care enough to check on me to make sure I am ok and to call ER if need be. Right now I have none of dat.
