How do I deal with relational needs when chronic illness keeps me from being able to leave home

I'm tired and lonely. I'm 23 and can't leave my house because of health issues involving lots of pain and discomfort. Don't want to go into what out in the open but if there was a line seperating people who are disabled from people who arn't, I my body would be playing jumprope with that line. It sucks ive not seen more than 2 or 3 people my age in months, I hurt, I'm tired, and I'm lonely. the worst part is the lack of women, ive never had a girlfriend and at this point it physically impossible for me to have a relationship. I can't meet women, and have no interest in having a long distance relationship online with someone who ive never met in real life.

it sucks. This is embressing but honestly sometimes I really just need to be sexual with a woman, maybe thats pathetic but I just want to feel like I can connect to someone, some way, and that feels good. Ive done stuff with women online a few times, mostly with women who were friends and that just kinda happened, and it felt amazing, but as friendships eventually faded away those things went with them. So now I have NO fucking idea how to meet a woman, much less one who would be open to that at all.

I'm tired and frustrated and this stupid pain is making so lonely.
