Monoclonal Antibody Medications

Is anyone taking a monoclonal antibody?

I am interested to hear of side effects. The FDA has approved one for HAE recently. It's not approved in Canada yet, but I know my hematologist thinks it's a great medication and there is a push to get Health Canada to approve it.

This is a very different type of medication compared to what I take, so I'm just curious to hear what kinds of side effects people have with monoclonal antibodies, regardless of the condition they are used for.

@AffyAvo I take Xolair but can't get the dose that I really need covered. Side effects wise, well other than fatigue the day of the injection, nothing else really. Really benign compared to other biologics. They are so damn expensive that you would have to be a miliionare to afford them out of pocket.
