I have numerous triggers and so many of them are common/difficult to avoid.

How do I cope with these?

How to cope with the past?? The loss of a loved one, very bad decisions.. I haven't had the best childhood and I just want to forget everything but I can't 😓 help?

Physical exertion, smoke, scents, illness, weather changes, extreme temperatures, physical injuries, pressure changes, spicy foods, my allergic reactions are a trigger that are themselves triggered by a variety of airborne allergens.

Sometimes you have to face them and stand up to the triggers. Say, "you have no more power over me, i wont let you. I have power of (if you believe in God) on my side and only he has power over me" or if you dont believe then say, "i wont let you have power over me anymore. Only I have power over me

How do you stand up to your triggers when it triggers a potentially fatal medical condition?

What you have suggested sounds outright dangerous. It doesn't matter if I think they have power over me or not, they can cause serious physical changes. Mind over matter doesn't work for many things.
