Waiting for the other shoe to drop

Not sure if anyone can relate to this but even though I got good results from my blood work I still am very anxious. It's like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. It really impacted me in one of my classes today. I just couldn't focus and was really confused about how to do an easy assignment. I eventually figured it out but still. I'm just sitting in my bed trying to calm down but I just feel very stressed.

@JackC01

I am sorry you are feeling so anxious. It can be so hard to go through that. And it does affect your ability to concentrate, as you are experiencing. I wish I could send you a hug. Have you found any strategies to help you cope? We have a self-help guide for anxiety if you would be interested. It is HERE.

@BlindGrapefruit thanks for replying. I see a therapist and know some breathing exercises. I also take Gabapentin and even though it's prescribed for pain, also decreases anxiety.
