If you could have told yourself something when you first remember these symptoms arising, what would you have said?
That even though it's frightening to experience these symptoms, you've got this. You can handle this. You are stronger than anything that comes at you. Keep your faith, and take it one day at a time. There's light at the end of the tunnel and it will recede to a point where you can examine how to better deal with this next time.
Day 7: I have come to realize life isn't going to be easy and that it is okay to adapt as long as I am doing it my own way that works best for me
Day 8: Ideally I will have a steady job, be in a relationship and looking towards having my own place
Day 9 - I have tried basic therapies
Day 10 - Little things like compression socks, walking sticks, hydration towels and packets, neck fans
Day 11 - I believe it was a challenge meant for me that God knew I could handle
Cronic Illness: you decide this is the way it is. Pain may be a permanent part of illness. Accept Pain. Accept Sickness you cant fight. it opens one up to other areas of life, just accept that this is gonna suck.

Thank you! It's kind of nice to write everything out and share.

Plus other stuff that is undiagnosed that causes body pain and weakness
Day two
These illnesses have effected my life in countless ways. Since I was young, I was gaslit by drs saying I was fine, nothing was wrong, that I was faking, that my Mom was forcing me to pretend something was bothering me so she could get pain meds, etc i have a lot of trauma from medical stuff and loss of trust in my self and my reality and loss of trust in my body. It's effected my relationships of all sorts, people try to push me part my limits and "encourage" me to do more and my body and my mental health pay for it, people who say they believe me will come out years later saying they actually think I'm falling and am just wanting to be lazy and don't want to work and why can't I just push through and that I'm a burden so it all has made me lose trust in people I care about and lose trust in my ability to gage who is safe - which I maybe never had that ability in the first place because of the physical and emotional trauma through childhood and adulthood. I never fully feel understood and in that I feel perpetually alone. It makes me question why I'm here to begin with.

Day 3
I got diagnosed different ways. So for mental illnesses it was through therapy and inpatient behavioral hospital stays.
With ddd ita taken a lot of doctors because they other didn't believe me as a kid and brushed me off. Even last year an emergency room Dr didn't believe me w out imaging. More stuff has been diagnosed since starting to see a Dr at a pain clinic.
Migraines were a new onset last year and started w confusion and amnesia. I didn't know how old I was or what month it was and had a hospital stay for a few days and luckily the Dr there had the same thing happen and knew what was going on because of the additional vision problems.
What is strange to me is that my tests and image results say multiple things but on my chart it has less than a third of the stuff that is actually going on.
