so the vote ended with each topic had 1 vote so to choose fairly I put the names of topics in a random selection generator and out came pets at the end of this discussion ill put those topics in for another vote so welcome to this Forum discussion on Pets I received a feedback from last one i do get how it could be seen as too slow however made sense to post every few days or so to allow others chance to respond

my favorite aqatic animal would be a dolphin 🐬
@mariesd123 awww yesssss i love Dolphins too they are really intelligent and actually defend humans from sharks so have so much compassion for other animals

About 10 years ago I went to La Jolla, San Diego, California.
There is a beach there called Seal Rock.
They are protected there. It's illegal for tourists to disturb them. I now call Seals = Water Dogs.

@forcefulStrawberries4435 its fine :) on a forum discussion no such thing as late as you can respond to any of the questions when you can :) that is an awesome fact too i did not kno that but my fav fact about them if they protect other animals including us humans from sharks

I don't have any pets at present. I've had a couple of cats in the past, when I was growing up. My family also had a dog at one point. But for the last 14 years I've lived in this crummy apartment where we're not allowed any pets.

I've kind of always wanted fish, I guess. My kids want both dogs and cats, but I've developed allergies to cat and dog hair.

Probably cold water fish, but tbh I haven't looked into fish all that much, since we don't actually have space for anything like that.

It's a two bedroom apartment and we've got 5 people and way too much stuff in it.
@CaringBrit Atm? Just one feline. Shes actually a certified therapy animal. Ive had MANY pets since childhood. I loved them all so much.

The movie 'Logan's Run' taught me that all cats have 3 names.
A first and last name, plus a secret cat name that they don't tell people about.
My cats name is Alphonse Mucha, after my favorite artist.
His secret cat name is Bundy.
He keeps that on the downlow because he doesn't want anyone to know his name is Al Bundy.

I have two cats - an albino one named Bruce, and a grey and white tuxedo cat named Trease (rhymes with grease - I didn't name her!). Both are rescues. In the past I have also done rabbit rescue and grew up with a dog in the house.
In answer to the first question, I think my favourite aquatic animal would be an otter. They have a favourite rock they like to carry with them and shove it into their armpit sometimes when they aren't playing with it.
