My cooking mess was, when my muffins burned little bit. It happened, because I was singing and didn't watched muffins in oven

Baked Tourtiere the other night, which is a French Canadian Meat Pie. It was delicious, but my kitchen was a mess.

Liked the irony, the point for my thread was exactly that: to bring a smile one another by sharing something funny, not to laugh at the other but to laugh with them

I manage to make eggs explode on the stove. I never really learned how to make them well as I wasn't able to eat eggs as a main component for a long time.
In my distress I called my husband who was like well turn off the stove. I was like I can't get that close. What do you mea- BAM! What was that?! I told you they are EXPLODING haha he didn't believe me just how bad it could be.
After a little whie the liquidy insides cooked enough or had exploded over the kitchen enough where I could safely turn off the stove. I've also exploded them in the microwave, although at least that was contained and I knew that could happen but I thought I was good as I was doing them in 10s increments - nope!
We have since picked up an egg cooker.
