@RaspberryCup8692 i posted one for Armistice day so letting that one have featured a bit before doing another its never too late to go and respond to questions you have missed though

Oh okay, no problem :) I saw the Armistice Day one, it was very good, thank you for posting that.
I think I will wait until the next discussion...in the summer I remember answer some very similar questions about disabilities in the workplace...I think maybe it overlapped with a bullying talk.
