I’ve been diagnosed with schizoeffective disorder and bipolar one with depression and post traumatic stress disorder and schizophrenia the funny thing is I feel a lot better since I’ve been in therapy for one year and still going to therapy I also take my medications regularly and see a psychiatrist monthly I’m dedicated to my mental health journey and well being because I want the best quality of life I can have
