Dealing with chronic pain
I had an accident a few months ago. Since then I have TMJd, tinnitus, throat fullness, eye twitching, and nausea. It has really been affecting my mental. I don't socialize as much. I can't but constantly have depressing thoughts about life and death. I'm getting treatment for it soon, but I can't help but think about it all day and how I'm gonna be messed up for the rest of my life. Is there anyone dealing with chronic pain? How do you deal with it? Please help me.
Sincerely,
Regretful and hopeless
Thanks

Thank you. That really really means a lot
@zayboy08 I understand how scary it all can be, and how pain drains all your energy. It's hard very hard. But keep going the best you can ❤❤ do you have any way to express yourself like through art or writting? Or hobbies you like? Keeping your mind active with small activities can really help you mentally.
@zayboy08 How are you feeling now, nearly a month later? I know how chronic pain can be terrible, the main thing is to try and relax about it, and find what works for you. Hot, cold, music, people, films, writing, lots of ideas.
