@ar1ee

😔

That's a big readjustment and it's not fair 🩷

But now that you have answers, you can find the right support , to allow you to live as best you can and as happily as you can.

It's challenging and difficult but I hope you get the clarity you need 💙

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. I am 34 years old and I've had over a dozen procedures and several surgeries on both arms and now I'm left in chronic nerve pain and I'm trying to get a handle on the pain for the last decade and I'm running out of options which has been really hard. So I'm trying to help others and encourage others since I can empathize through what suffering is like. I'm here for you. I know it can be tough but know that you're not alone.

@ar1ee I'm so sorry to hear this mate. It is really something that a young person like you shd not be having. My wife has had this issue for years now and I know exactly what you are going through. I have something that you can try 1tblsp of honey ( locally sourced if possible), a pinch of turmeric (organic) and a pinch of black pepper (freshly ground black pepper) you can have this as is or mix it in warm milk/water. Good for inflammation and joint pains.

Im no expert, but its all healthy and you can try and see if it works for you.

Red light therapy is another thing you could explore. It can be expensive tho.

Join other fibromyalgia groups on FB or *** for support and information as well.

Take care. Sending you healing hugs 🤗

@ar1ee just focus on surviving for now. it's unfair, but comparison wont make you feel better. it'll make you feel nagetive. you can't control your condition but you can control how you feel towards it. you don't have to be happy about it. but it shouldn't weigh you down completely. you win against it every day by surviving. give yourself some credit for surviving too.
