Seeking advice
I got diagnosed with Functional Neurological Symptom Disorder (also known as Conversion Disorder) and I don't know how to feel about it. Does anyone else have this? Does anyone have tips for dealing with it?
@solarPunk3139 I've meet multiple people on cups with them, hopefully some chime in!

I'm sorry for this medical report. This must be really challenging.
My best advice is to take care of you and find a good therapist and try to keep your stress levels low.
I’m sorry this is happening to you. It’s a whirlwind of a diagnosis to deal with and I fully understand.
Hey I have FND and one thing that is helping me is distractions like fidgets and music, friends who understand and don't bring attention to the symptoms when they happen, reminding myself that FND is like a sort of built in walki-Talki with riddles (at least that's how I think about it), and reminding myself that its okay to rest, be myself and feel emotions.
For me, I'm going through the grieving process of losing the ability to do things quickly and having to take loads of breaks. You've got this and you're not alone!!
