Angry

I'm angry it took this long for me to get diagnosed. I'm angry at all the times things were just brushed often.

I often have what if thoughts when it comes to past experiences where I wasn't getting the proper support and treatment due to not being diagnosed.

I wonder if my illness would have gotten severe as it did if I had been getting treatment years ago.

I am angry and frustrated at having to deal with ignorant doctors now.

How do I just let that all go?

@AffyAvo

Holding onto anger only harms you, not the ones you are angry at. (They don't even know you are angry.) Try and put your energy into "what do I do now?"

We can all wonder, "what if". The real question is, what is.

Find out about your illness. Find experts. Find people to talk with. You cannot change past mistakes of others.

It really stinks, but moving forward is the best we can do.

@JeffWM Thanks.

I think what makes moving forward tough is I know I will be dealing with similar attitudes frequently. I have a good specialist for my major condition now, but he can't take care of all my healthcare needs alone.
