@Mellietronx in theory, yes. a disability is an injury, illness, or physical or mental condition that significantly limits a person's motor, sensory, or cognitive abilities, or cause an incapacity.
From a law perspective, in most of countries, such Canada and USA, it is considered as a disability and then you can get work accommodations and protections from discrimination. Depending on your country, laws can differ, but in general, for being classified as a disability, it must cause significant impact or limitation in a major life activity or function.
