Take the little mental break throughout the day to really pay attention to how you're feeling. What might work one day doesn't always work another, so checking in with how you feel can help.

@AffyAvo I have two.

1st: My visiting nurse suggested I get a stool to sit on so I can wash my dishes.
I can't stand up for more than about 10-15 min without pain and that tip is working well.

2nd: I spread my arms wide and say "Today I am going to clean this much."
About 10 square feet. One corner, my bed, the couch, the stove. Then I commit to doing just that little bit.
Usually I get on a roll and do a little more than that. Link a bunch of little areas together and eventually my whole apt. is clean.

I like to do my homework and 7cupping while laying down either in bed or on the couch. That helps to conserve energy that would otherwise be used up supporting my body in a sitting position. Also, I make sure to get my strenuous tasks done early in the morning and at the beginning of the week when I have the most energy. By Friday, I am exhausted and can barely do anything. I'm learning to be more aware of my energy levels and pace my activities accordingly.
