I have costochondritis as an added bonus to fibromyalgia, it cycles up and down with my other body pains over the past seven years. I find it particularly hard to deal with when trying to sleep, it seems like my ribcage is being attacked by the mattress sometimes. Do you have any helpful tips to share?
