I am a young male diagnosed with CRPS,Intractable Neuropathic Pain, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety along with secondary issues. I have read every available data onthese diagnosis to try and better understand my body, the pain physical and mental, my doctors and the medical treatment recommended by them. I am on host of drugs, most for the "pain" along with others for mental "stability".

The pain is constant, I sleep rarelyand when I do I crash hard. My mental and physicalability to stay focused and sane and suppress the pain through various treatments gets more and more unachievable and or diminished responsiveness.

My inability to find reasonablemedical care that has ascertained the medical treatment knowledgeable and ability to implement effectively along with being able to work with other medical staff as well as creating a trusting and positive relationship seems unachievable and fantasy. My complete trust in in the medical community has eroded some time ago.

I know that I'm not special and everyone deals with the nuances that our chaotic existence through so at us throughout or lives.

It's sad at the information that the medical community doesn't know and is frustrating when information is known, but only by a minority making proper care difficult to find.

It sounds like you've done a good job of educating yourself, I hope that helps with your care, both by yourself and from others!
