Mental health support trauma+ Disability

I m tired of this trauma I cant take it anymore I m too tired and this disability is making my pain harder I fear to face people I cant hear without hearing aids and I have a female voice its disgus58jy painful 😭😭

Sounds like there is a lot you are dealing with! Are you able to access hearing aids? Are you getting any help with pain management?
