Migraine Support Check-In Week of October 12th

Today I woke up to the sound of rain tapping on my window. It is a beautiful sound to wake up to! The weather can totally impact how we feel, and our migraines!

1. how has everything been going lately? are there any ups or downs you would like to share?
2. Do you notice your migraines are better or worse when it is rainy? How about sunny?

Love waking up to rain, wish we have more of it here where I am, but I am thankful when we do <3
Things have been a lil rough for me this past week, have had alot of headaches a few lead to migraines, culprits are stress and very minimal sleep. I will definitely try change those two factors to decrease these headaches
I definitely noticed my migraines are more prevelant during rainy days, I have read it's due to the barometric changes in the air, some ppl are sensitive to it, I guess, I am one of them. I still love rainy days, just try to pretreat myself to prevent migraines from coming. :D Sunny days are no issues lol
And yes!! I love the rain! I truly can't wait until we get some rain here. I was a bit disappointed during the Monsoon season this year, hardly any rain and when it did it was more of a microburst and didnt have much time to enjoy....crossing my fingers for the winter rain :D

@Keola hey there! to start off, I am super sorry for the late reply! I have been pretty busy! I am glad you enjoy the rain as well!! I am sorry things have been rough recently. It can be super hard when our headaches transition into something worse. Its wonderful you were able to find a reason why though!
