What is a migraine?
A migraine can cause severe throbbing pain or a pulsing sensation, usually on one side of the head. It's often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound.
Migraine attacks can last for hours to days and can interfere with daily functioning and activities.

Hey!
I don't have migraine but I have sinuses. It's been many years since I breath with my two nostrils.
Basically the nostrils blockes while I am trying to sleep causes irritation and lack of oxygen.
Due to this my forehead starts paining.
And I can't able to sleep.
I'm so happy to see this thread and this post. I've had migraines for nearly 40 years and have become kind of an authority on them. One thing I've experienced is lack of sympathy on the part of people who simply can't understand. This is such a great place to commiserate and talk to people who get it.
