I suffer migraines. I am currently on Prolanolol everday and Naratritan as needed whenever I get a migraine. I used to get more then 15 a month. Then my neurologist put me on the Proranolol and they went away. Now they are slowly coming back. When I get one I've already taken the propranolol because I take it with my night meds so I take 800mg of ibuprofen and 2 naratriptans ( you can only take two in 24 hours) and then I go sleep. Sometimes this doesn't work. My neurologist to download Migraine Buddy to my phone so I did and I keep track of them and he said we will talk more in our next appointment. What does everyone else do when meds don't work sometimes? This is super annoying😒
