Long story short. My life was derailed in 2009. I have shingels on the right side of my face. It reoccured in 2010 and 2013. It has effected my vision, my hearing, My face constantly hurts and I and dizzy and Nausous. I cant drive anymore. I could not even hold down a fast food job for more then a week, without falling over at work and hurting myself.

Sorry to hear shingles has taken such a toll, that sounds hard. Viruses, for being such little things, can definitely cause big derailments.

(ok so I know you've probably tried a million things already, but I will throw a few out there just in case) Have you been able to speak with doctors about daily/suppressive antiviral therapy? For some that can help manage symptoms and prevent future episodes. Antiviral drugs can be pretty pricey but there is at least one I know of that can be acquired for about $4 in the US. A diet low in arginine and high in lysine could also possibly help, if you have trouble getting enough lysine in your diet, supplements are available OTC. Zinc oxide cream (aka diaper rash cream) is sometimes useful for herpetic skin issues. Avoiding or lessening stress is great if you can find some ways of doing that, of course it can be easier said than done.
