@sociableFriend5232 Welcome! I know a new diagnosis can be overwhelming but I hope actually having the label does allow you to you to find some systems that work well for you.

I find being as patient as you can with yourself and expecting a fair bit of trial and error while sorting out what does work well tends to make things a little easier.
