Rheumatoid Arthritis and Energy
So for years, I've experienced fatigue as the result of seronegative rheumatoid arthritis. No one would believe the pain I was in until I became seropositive very recently. I'm just wondering...is there any relief for the fatigue? I'm always exhausted, and I absolutely hate it. I must have had this for a lifetime. :(
@9BlueLotus9 I don't have RA but I do have fatigue. Some medications and treatments can relieve it - when your body is busy attacking itself I think fatigue is a very common symtpom. When the underlying issues causing the pain are dealt with as well as possible and it still sticks there are some things that can be done to manage it. Some of the common recommendations include pacing, improving sleep quality, find the right amount of exercise, not overdoing stimulants like caffeine, breathing exercises - you've probably come across at least a few. It can take trial and error, hopefully you can find ways to get more energy!
