Tinnitus support thread

I get this from time to time. It's funny though, even with tracking symptoms, conditions and some possible triggers this wasn't even on the list of something I thought to include.

Typically for me though it doesn't last for more than an hour. It annoys me when it first pops up and I can usually manage to ignore it after a few minutes. It was more bothersome when I was in school if I had to deal with it during classes.

I've not noticed a big connection with any triggers or anything like that, seems to happen fairly randomly.
