I can't stop not eating

I haven't even been diagnosed with an Ed but I just can't stop starving myself. and honestly, sometimes I crave that feeling of hunger. it scares me but it's also comforting in a weird way. like it's the only thing in my life I can control. it's been going on and off for 4 years now, but last and this year has been horrible. I might even be getting referred to a nutritionist. I just hate myself right now. man I just wanna be normal like everyone else.

I crave the feeling of hunger too. It’s a coping mechanism for me so it’s hard to let go of. I know I have to in order to heal but it’s hard. I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone. Sending virtual hugs 🤗
