Oh I wish I could binge on healthy food! I'm assuming you're male - [edited by Anomalia to remove calorie specifics] calories of healthy food will do nothing but good for you. :D You're getting a big dose of vitamins and minerals in those foods.

@godlord1488 - In answer to the question at the end about what's the worst that can happen physically - a one time binge is unlikely to have real lasting effects. Your body can adjust to short term changes in diet, even if the next day it feels pretty bad.

But to the broader point, it's understandable to feel really upset ater a shoot gets cancelled, and I think binging is often used by people as a way to comfort themselves, to cope with something upsetting, to drown out other feelings, etc. In preventing binges in the future, it's not just about willpower and saying you won't, but also about finding other ways to deal with those feelings that aren't hurtful to your mind or body. What other coping mechanisms do you think you could use? Where do you find comfort or distraction outside of eating?

If you ever need to talk about it, you're more than welcome to message me. Take care!
