I had been binge-free for a month or two and I felt very proud of myself but then some overwhelming things happened at the same time and I binged yesterday and today and I am feeling so disappointed in myself dodkaodjdis78sus

@tragicflatmate
Sometimes we have days that we may not feel so good that causes us to go back to the bad habits that provide us fast comfort. It's completely okay to mess up sometimes, but we should always ensure that mistakes aren't repeated multiple times.
Wishing you the best on your recovery journey. Good luck and take care<3!

I've learned that self- compassion answers so many issues in my life. Cheers to us.

@tragicflatmate - I can relate to that disappointment of "slipping" after a period of success, but that doesn't take away the month or two that you were binge-free - all of that time still counts as days that you made healthy choices and took care of your body, and all the lessens and habits you developed during that time are still with you even when you slip. You can't change what happened the last couple days, but you can forgive yourself for it, think about what might help you avoid it next time, and move forward back into those healthy habits that you have proven you can do!
