I'm lost.
I don't know how bad it is, but I eat less than 500 calories everyday. Every time I eat a meal I immediately throw it up and it makes me feel so much better about myself. I weigh myself everyday, and I just want to weight less. Eating less and less hasn't helped me, my depressions getting worse and I just want to feel good about myself. I just want to fit in, all my friends have amazing bodies and I want to be like them. I'm an average weight for my height group but I want to weigh less. I don't like the feeling of weighing as much as I do. My moods gotten worse and I lash out from time to time. Im stuck and I don't know what to do besides to stop eating at all.
@haaileymaee Seems like you're stuck in a very painful and confusing place. You say you've been restricting your calorie intake, purging after meals, weighing yourself daily and thinking about weight reduction. That sounds like you've got a serious problem with eating and I want you to know it's possible to recover with the right support and medical help, if you want to.
You also say the eating less isn't helping you as your depression is just getting worse. You also describe mood swings and lashing out at people.
You feel like your friends have amazing bodies and you would want to be like them, but you also want to weigh less than them. What would weighing less than average mean for you?
@Laraland It would just make me confident.
@haaileymaee So are you saying that by weighing less than your friend, you will get rid of your lack of confidence?
However, the result by restricting yourself is not as fast as it should be for you and it is deepening your sadness. Am I right?
