Hey all ...

Sometimes the best self-care for me is total and complete relaxation on the couch while watching a favorite movie that I've seen like 500 times. This can involve a super soft blanket and/or a cup of hot tea - but it doesn't have to.

Most self care activities seem to be solo activities. Do you agree? Would you help me brainstorm some self care things that are done in pairs or groups?

I also really like knitting, but I don't do it very often. Oh, and crafts (rather *other* crafts), I like those too :) Platy

@cyanPlatypus6370, Those are some wonderful self-care activities and yes most of the self-care activities are often done solo but we do have some for groups like going to the beach with friends, or going to movies with your partner or a friend or simply just meeting for coffee etc and catching up. Anything you really enjoy with a group and is healthy for you can be a self-care activity
