Hi, I would just like some advice on what I can do when I was like 4 years old it all started with me overeating literally eating sugar just because when I was 14 there were days when I didn't even taste the food I even fainted and got dizzy, now I am. 21 years old and I can't stop overeating, especially if they are sweet. I recently ate more and the same thing happens to me. I always try to stop but I can't. It's affecting things like my skin. It causes me acne, I know it's wrong but I can't stop.

@fairmindedCherry7809 Hey there I hope you are doing better. This is very serious maybe you can talk it out with a doctor that can help you with this. Maybe you can talk to someone close to help you with it or distract yourself/remind yourself to not eat sugary things. I know you can do it. I hope that things will get better, I hope the best in your endeavors.

This is a really common struggle.  There is an online quiz that looks at disordered eating and if one should consider seeking a professional consultation.  https://emilyprogram.com/treatment-services/take-the-quiz/

You are not alone with this.  It sounds like you are really overwhelmed with everything going on for you.  I just want to encourage you that you can address this and there is help to do so.  We are here, there are treatment programs, therapists, support groups, nutritionists who specialize in eating disorders and more.

Keep talking.

i too have struggled with overeating at different times in my life.  It’s very difficult to overcome and comes with all sorts of medical issues.  I hope that you will consider talking to a dr or therapist about it.  They might have some good suggestions that you haven’t thought of.
