When enough is enough, or there isn't

When enough is enough. I know that this question definitely revolves around this and depression/ocd.

no point listing the entire list of questions or topics. neither nor i cant be just living day after day. (lets not use the word "recovery" or "in recovery" or "un-recovery", etc.)

when is the correct time to do xyz. likewise when is it not.

when to listen to self. when to not listen to self.

no one has the answers. nor myself. nor closed ones. nor the internet. nor professionals. nor medications.

That sounds incredibly exhausting, and I hear how heavy this confusion is, especially with all those layers of questioning yourself and OCD/depression. It makes total sense that you feel trapped when you are searching for a solid answer on when to act, when to stop, or when to trust your own mind, and it feels like nowhere offers a clear signpost.

That feeling of running in circles is absolutely real, and it is completely valid to be at a point where you are just done with the uncertainty. I hear you loud and clear that you are not looking for easy answers or "fixing," just a moment of being understood in how draining it is to simply live with this noise day after day. Please know you are not alone in this feeling, and there is no pressure to have it all figured out today.
